     "markdown": "The Prophet passed that pass with [[person/ammar-ibn-yasir|Ammar]] leading his she-camel by its halter and [[person/hudhayfa-ibn-al-yaman|Hudhayfa ibn al-Yaman]] driving it, while the people took the lower part of the valley. They heard the jostling of men behind them who had come upon them, masked. Hudhayfa struck the faces of their mounts with a staff he had. God frightened them, so they fled quickly until they caught up with the company. {cite:mubarakpuri-raheeq p.436}\n\nThe Prophet told Hudhayfa their names and what they had planned.
