They spared its ruler, [[person/al-salih-ismail-ibn-lulu|al-Malik al-Salih Ismaʿil]], son of [[person/badr-al-din-lulu|Badr al-Din Lulu]], for a few days, then killed him, and killed his son ʿAlaʾ al-Din, the king.
