     "markdown": "A saying transmitted by Yahya from Ziyad from Malik: it is not lawful for a man to touch his wife while he is in seclusion, nor to take pleasure from her in anything, by a kiss or otherwise. He did not hear anyone dislike for the one in seclusion, male or female, to marry during their seclusion as long as there is no intercourse; so it is disliked, while it is not disliked for the fasting person to marry during his fast. Malik distinguishes between the marriage of one in seclusion and that of one in the state of pilgrim consecration (ihram): the pilgrim eats, drinks, visits the sick and attends funerals but does not perfume himself, while the one in seclusion anoints himself, perfumes himself and takes from his hair, but does not attend funerals or visit the sick.
