     "markdown": "عداس النینوی، ایک عیسائی غلام جو طائف میں عتبہ اور شیبہ بن ربیعہ کے باغ میں کام کرتے تھے۔ جب ان کے آقاؤں نے دیکھا کہ نبی کو ثقیف سے کیا تکلیف اور اذیت پہنچی، تو انھوں نے انگوروں کا ایک خوشہ آپ کے پاس بھیجا۔ {cite:mubarakpuri-raheeq}\n\nجب انگور نبی کے سامنے رکھے گئے تو آپ نے «بسم اللہ» کہا اور کھانے لگے۔ عداس کو تعجب ہوا اور انھوں نے کہا: یہ ایسی بات ہے جو اس علاقے کے لوگ نہیں کہتے۔ نبی نے ان سے ان کی زمین اور دین کے بارے میں پوچھا؛ انھوں نے کہا: میں نینوی کا نصرانی ہوں۔ نبی نے فرمایا: «نیک بندے یونس بن متی کی بستی سے ہو، وہ میرے بھائی تھے، نبی تھے، اور میں بھی نبی ہوں»۔ تو عداس جھک گئے، آپ کا سر، ہاتھ اور پاؤں چومنے لگے، اور اسلام لے آئے۔ {cite:mubarakpuri-raheeq}"
