     "markdown": "Shu'ayb ibn Nuwayl ibn Ru'uwayl ibn Mar ibn Anqa' ibn Madyan ibn Ibrahim, the prophet of Madyan, to whom Musa gave his daughter in marriage, as al-Mas'udi reports. He called his people, and they denied him. He promised them the punishment of the Day of the Shade in the reign of Kalman, and withdrew with those who believed in him to al-Aykah, a thicket near Madyan.
